The board meets on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month except when a meeting falls on a holiday then the meeting is held the day before the holiday.

In December the last meeting is adjusted to be held as close to the end of the year as possible. Special meetings are held as necessary and are posted on the Road Commission's front door 24 hours in advance.

Meetings are always open to the public and if you wish to address the board, it is suggested that you call ahead to be put on the agenda.

The regular meeting of the Montmorency County Road Commission to be held at the Atlanta office, 11445 M32  for the calendar year.
